How can I get my myspace messenger to stop showing up when I am connecting to the internet?


I have myspace messenger. When I turn my computer on and connect to the internet (I have dial-up), my myspace messenger sign in thing keeps popping up, prompting me to sign in. How do I make it stop. My dad has been using my computer a lot and I don’t want him to see my myspace messenger when he connects to the internet. I just want it to stop popping up.

    click your start button…… click run………type msconfig and look for that program uncheck the box and restart your computer that should do it……or you can try uninstalling it thru control panel / add/remove programs go to that program and click uninstall…that should help ya out….. good luck!
