How do I contact someone on Myspace without joining?
I have an old friend who has a myspace page, but due to personal reasons, I don’t want to join. Is there anyway to contact them without creating my own myspace?

no to contact someone on myspace you have to have an account… At least thats what I have heard… but i’ve never really tried it….

Have someone who has an account contact them for you,otherwise you have to join,why not join anywya,everyone needs a myspace account.

No, it doesn’t work. I wanted to do the same thing. I finally joined. You could join under an alias. Just send the person you’re trying to reach a message letting them know who you really are.

I don’t think there is a way, but you have two options:
1. Join. This is the easiest way.
2. Ask a friend if you can log in to their account and contact that person.

the only way thats possible is either look at their myspace URL (something like) where TOM might be their instant messenger name or email. or check their page to see if they typed something that would give away how to contact them.
other than that you cant unless you join

Call them, or drop by and pay them a visit. If they set their profile to private you cant unless they add you as a friend. If it is not set to private it should show thier e-mail address or give you a link to “send message”.

I feel ya there is a lot of crap on that site and i join u on not joining in but u could have some one other than you give that person your e-mail address and go from there i don’t really know with out going on the site. but itz alot of reason on my end 2 so i hope u find your answer and keep your head up don’t b a follower b a leader lead your self to other friends that have better values in life than messing with my space case dot com. …………L.O.L………….Enjoy your day huh.

well, that’s probably not a good idea because they probably won’t reply since well your sort of using a fake id, but you could always use someone else’s

You can send them e-mails.
If you don’t know their e-mail, you can join Myspace, ask them for their address, then delete your account.
They have to have an e-mail address to join Myspace, so talk to them through the address they used to join with or something.
And you don’t have to put anything personal. Just send them a personal message so that no one else sees it.
